January Challenge


I wanted to kickstart 2014 with a Challenge, I originally wanted to do a Burpee Challenge but I pulled a quad muscle yesterday and I want it to repair, so I have decided on a Squat, Pushup and Plank Challenge.

Lets see how I go.

New Years Resolutions...

In 2013 I decided not to make a New Years Resolution but chose to make a "Goal for 2013" instead. My Goal was to "Get Fit". I worked extremely hard over the year and I am happy to say I am certainly fitter than I was this time last year.

I have decided to continue with the my goal for 2014. I want to keep working towards being fitter. I am also going to add a few more goals for myself in 2014 and they are:

1.   Strengthen my inner shoulder muscles so that I can conquer doing Pushups on my toes.
2.   Take part in Blood, Sweat & Fears in May 2014
3.   Nourish myself better, I may even look at trying Paleo
